Why does your Sida Cordifolia (fat burner) only contain 100 capsules compared to your competitors who have 150-200 capsules or more?

This is a very common question. Unlike many of our competitors you need only take 1 capsule twice daily (2 capsules per day) as opposed to 3 to 4 capsules 3 times daily required in other products (approx 12 capsules per day). Despite the smaller dosage our Sida is just as effective and will last you longer; up to approximately 6 weeks.

What is the difference between whey concentrate and whey isolate?

Whey Protein Concentrate is made using Ultra Filtration technology which effectively removes fat and lactose from sweet dairy whey to make what is commonly termed "whey protein concentrate. Whey Protein Isolate is made using Cross Flow Micro Filtration technology which uses ceramic filtration units with a very fine screen (micro) to further process whey protein concentrate to remove virtually all fat and lactose.

If I am under 18. Can I take all of the Reflex products?

No. Due to the caffeine content in Green Tea and Sida Cordifolia, it may not be suitable for all ages. Although completely natural, Bulgarian Tibulus is not recommended for teenagers due to its potent formulation. It may affect growth patterns in teens.
